General terms and conditions
The General Terms and Conditions for the hotel industry apply in the currently valid version. In addition, we have summarised the most important points below.
Arrival and departure
The rooms are available from 16:00 on the day of arrival and until 11:00 on the day of departure. After consultation with the reception, a late departure or an early arrival is possible for an extra charge.
Should you arrive before 16:00, you can make use of our wonderful wellness area after checking in. (Changing rooms are available for this purpose). If you arrive later than 20:30, please let us know so that we can organise dinner. Our reception is open until 21:00.

General cancellation fees
- - up to 4 weeks before the date of arrival: free of charge
- - from 30 - 7 days before the date of arrival: 50%.
- - in the last week before the date of arrival: 90%
- - on the day of arrival from 6.00 p.m. and no show: 100 %
- - early departure: 100
- The percentages refer to the total price of the confirmed arrangement.
Deposit
The reservation is only guaranteed if your credit card details (number and expiry date) have been deposited or a deposit of 50% of the total amount has been paid to the following account

Payment methods
All common methods of payment such as cash, debit and credit cards are permitted. If your invoice is sent by debit card, a written acceptance of costs and the deposit of your credit card details (number and expiry date) is required.
Prices and included services
Prices do not include local taxes for guests over 16 years of age.

Travel insurance
With travel insurance, you can protect yourself financially in case something happens before you start your holiday. We recommend the Hotelstorno Premium insurance as a precaution for cancellation, early departure and mountain rescue. Europäischen Reiseversicherung.
Pets
A limited number of rooms are available for dog lovers. We ask for your understanding that dogs are not allowed in the restaurant and in the entire wellness pond incl. sunbathing lawn. For dogs we charge a fee of € 30,00 per day (without food).
Force majeure
The hotel is entitled to withdraw from the performance of the contract in the event of force majeure or other circumstances for which the hotel is not responsible without being entitled to claim damages.
Cleaning/Damage
If, after your departure, it becomes apparent in the room that there is an extraordinary cleaning effort and/or wilful damage to the furnishings, we will charge for the damage according to the necessary effort.
Non-smoking regulations
Smoking is prohibited throughout the hotel. We have designated smoking areas for the enjoyment of a cigarette.
If you smoke in the rooms, you will be charged € 400.00 for the cleaning of the curtains and the furniture, including the non-rentability of the room for one night, which will be invoiced on departure.
We would also like to point out that all rooms are connected to the fire alarm centre via smoke detectors. In the event of a fire alarm caused by smoking, all costs incurred in direct connection with the intervention of the fire brigade will be charged to the person responsible.
