General Terms and Conditions
The General Terms and Conditions for the Hotel Industry apply in their current version. In addition, we have summarised the most important points below.
Arrival and departure
The rooms are available from 4.00 pm on the day of arrival and until 11.00 am on the day of departure. After consultation with reception, a late departure or early arrival is possible for an additional charge.
If you arrive before 16:00, you can make use of our wonderful wellness area after checking in. (Changing rooms are available for this purpose). If you arrive later than 20:30, please let us know so that we can organise dinner. Our reception is open until 21:00.

General cancellation fees
- - up to 4 weeks before the date of arrival: free of charge
- - from 30 - 7 days before the date of arrival: 50 %
- - in the last week before the date of arrival: 90 %
- - on the day of arrival from 18.00 and No Show: 100 %
- - early departure: 100 %
- The percentages refer to the total price of the confirmed arrangement.
Down payment
The reservation is only guaranteed if your credit card details (number and expiry date) have been provided or a deposit of 50% of the total amount has been paid to the following account

Payment methods
All common payment methods such as cash, debit and credit cards are permitted. If your invoice is sent by debit card, a written acceptance of costs and the deposit of your credit card details (number and expiry date) is required
Prices and inclusive services
Prices do not include local tax for guests aged 16 and over.

Travel insurance
With travel insurance, you can protect yourself financially in case something happens before you start your holiday. We recommend Hotel Cancellation Premium Insurance as cover for cancellation, early departure and mountain rescue.
Domestic animals
A limited number of rooms are available for dog lovers. We ask for your understanding that four-legged friends are not allowed in the restaurant and the entire wellness pond including the sunbathing lawn. We charge a fee of € 30.00 per day for dogs (without food).
Force majeure
The hotel is entitled to withdraw from the fulfilment of the contract in the event of force majeure or other circumstances for which the hotel is not responsible, without being able to claim compensation.
Cleaning/damage
If, after your departure, you notice that the room has been cleaned to an exceptional extent and/or that the furnishings have been wilfully damaged, we will charge you for the damage in accordance with the necessary expenditure.
Non-smoking regulations
Smoking is prohibited throughout the hotel. We have designated smoking areas where you can enjoy a cigarette.
If smoking is permitted in the rooms, a charge of € 400.00 will be made for cleaning the curtains and furniture for one night, which will be invoiced on departure.
We would also like to point out that all premises and rooms are connected to the fire alarm centre by smoke detectors. In the event of a fire alarm due to smoking, all costs incurred in direct connection with the deployment of the fire brigade will be charged to the person responsible.

These data are Title, first name, surname, address, email address, telephone, voucher value, personalisation of the voucher, shipping options/alternative delivery address, payment method.
