The standard decoration in the ballroom is
Table covers, candlesticks on every table, covering by arrangement, flower arrangements on the bar tables in the foyer and flower arrangements on the stage.

Checkliste

Check list 6 months before

  • Honeymoon booking (make sure you have a valid passport)
  • discuss the time laps of the wedding
  • do you need hotel rooms for your guest? how many?

check liste 4-5 months before

  • Choose a wedding dress and suit for the groom including accessories
  • Choose wedding rings and have them engraved
  • apply for holiday for your honeymoon and wedding day
  • Order printed materials (invitations, reply cards, menu and place cards, thank you cards)
  • Write a wedding list or wish list for gifts
  • Make an appointment with photographers/video and book
  • Framework program for the registry office and/or church, musical accompaniment, agape
  • Order a banns, prepare the necessary papers

check liste 3 months before

  • Check guest list again
  • Do you have a new address after the wedding? Prepare address changes
  • Would you like to conclude a marriage contract?
  • Prepare program booklets for the church ceremony
  • Check the entire daily rout ine again
  • Set and plan the date for the hen party (not the evening before the wedding!)
  • Send out invitation cards, have a map and reply cards
  • publish your gift list, if you have one

check list 2 months before

  • Discuss the wedding ceremony at the church and at the registry office
  • Think about possible vaccinations for the honeymoon
  • fix the menu with our chef
  • Choose bridal bouquet
  • Order flower decorations (church decoration, table decoration, badge holders, flower children, cars)
  • make the seating arrangements

check list 5 weeks before

  • Clarify guest transport and hotel rooms for guests
  • Order wedding cake
  • Create a detailed organization plan, discuss it with all parties which are involved
  • Make an appointment with the hairdresser for the bride
  • Pre-order guestbook

check list 1 week before

  • Would you like a friend to keep you company on the wedding morning?
  • Check the guest list and inform our restaurant about the exact number of guests
  • Check all reservations and dates (registry office, vehicles, hotel restaurant, musicians, hairdresser etc.) again
  • The bridal couple should appoint a person, (wine) treasurer, to count the bottles during the wedding ceremony and thus keep track of the account

on the wedding day

  • Get rings and papers ready
  • Pack a handbag for the bride (don't forget spare tights)
  • Have change ready for collection, altar boys, messengers etc.
  • Prepare floral decorations in the church
  • Delivery of flowers for table decorations, clearing cars
  • Passing on badges - Who distributes them to the guests?
  • Pick up bridal bouquet
  • Pick up the floral decoration and have it applied
