  • Mindfulness practice: Consciously practising mindfulness in everyday life makes it possible to focus on the present moment and accept things as they are, without being overwhelmed by negative thoughts or emotions.
  • Being close to nature: Spending time in nature can have a calming effect and help to clear the mind and find inner peace. From our location, you have the opportunity to enjoy extensive nature experiences.
  • Positive self-talk: Encouraging yourself positively and consciously focussing on your own strengths and successes can help to promote calmness and boost self-confidence. We offer support and talks on this.
